Public consultation launches for the future of Snakes Lane East
We are inviting residents, businesses, and stakeholders to share their thoughts on our plans.
The proposals aim to replace two outdated/vacant single-storey shop units with a high-quality, sustainable development that will:
- Create retail at ground floor.
- Deliver in the order of 20 new homes, including wheelchair-accessible dwellings.
- Provide attractive, well-proportioned architecture that complements the surrounding area.

Opens: Friday 31st October 2025
Closes: Friday 14th November 2025
